In At Mulie, we work to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Below you will find the shipping and delivery conditions applicable to purchases made on our website.

1) Order Processing

  • Preparation time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after the DEADLINE HERE will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak season or sales periods, processing may take longer.

2) Estimated Delivery Times

  • Mainland Portugal: 2–5 business days after shipment.

  • Azores and Madeira: 4–10 business days after shipment.

  • Spain/EU: 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • Rest of the world: 7–20 business days (varies by country).

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and may vary due to reasons beyond PIETRASTORE's control (strikes, weather, logistical peaks, etc.).

3) Shipping Companies and Tracking

  • We ship via courier/CTT (shipping time may vary depending on destination and volume).

  • As soon as your order is shipped, we will send the tracking code to your email.

  • If you do not receive the tracking information within 48 business hours , please contact us: EMAIL HERE .

4) Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout, before payment.

  • Free shipping on orders above the VALUE HERE (Mainland Portugal only), unless otherwise indicated.

  • International orders may incur additional costs.

5) Addresses, Errors and Redeliveries

  • Please verify that the address and contact information are correct at the time of purchase.

  • In case of an incorrect address , absence of the recipient, or unclaimed order , the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not ship to PO boxes when the carrier does not allow it.

6) Damages and Lost Orders

  • If the packaging arrives damaged , photograph it before and during the opening process.

  • Report the case within 48 business hours to the EMAIL HERE , attaching photos and the order number.

  • If damage/loss is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund as needed based on our analysis.

7) Orders with "Pre-order" Items

  • Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped in a single shipment when all products are available, unless otherwise agreed.

  • The estimated availability date will appear on the product page.

8) International Remittances, Taxes and Customs

  • For countries outside the EU , customs duties, local VAT and customs charges may apply by the destination country.

  • These costs are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price paid. Mulie .

9) Impossibility of Delivery due to Force Majeure

  • THE Mulie is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (natural disasters, strikes, border controls, holidays, etc.), but will do its best to minimize the impact.
